Seeing through landscape
Seeing Through Landscape
Seeing through landscape is a series of six 35mm photographs. These color images are the result of the artist's search for sensitivities through nature while traveling. Her intention was to capture sensitive states from nature through postures that she believes evoke both fragility and strength.  In other words, these are landscape portraits highlighting a certain complexity of these beings. In this project, My-Van is interested in environmental and psychological resilience and questions the connections between these two types of resilience.
