Co-regulation series explores bodily practices as therapeutic tools, exploring pathways to collective healing. In this series, Dam invites two somatic practitioners to join her in a shared exploration. The photographs sensitively capture the process of co-regulation, revealing warm interactions where support and companionship become models for better understanding and expressing thoughts and emotions. Inspired by their own practices, both reveal in these images the synergies between them, offering a way towards collective reparation and caring. Each image testifies to the power of somatic practices as a means of care and healing, while highlighting their ability to strengthen community ties and support struggles for social justice.
